We will email you with the scheduled delivery date and the local supplier's phone number.
Dump Truck Delivery
Your material is brought by dump truck to the driveway or another location you specify on the property.
Delivery Day Details
Before the Truck Arrives
- Remove obstacles from the area selected for the material
- Provide a clear 12-foot-wide route for the dump truck, with no hanging branches or wires in the way.
- Identify the unloading spot using a cone, flag, or other clearly visible marker.
- You do NOT need to be present. Leave the route open and provide directions for where the material goes.
- Keep your phone nearby because the driver might call or text for confirmation
At the Delivery
- If the drop location needs clarification, the driver will call or text
- Material is unloaded as a pile at the location you specified
- The usual drop point is the driveway or accessible ground beside it
- The delivery itself usually takes about 10-15 minutes

Delivery Questions
Must I be there when the truck delivers?
No. Keep the route accessible and leave directions for the unloading spot. The driver will place the material as instructed.
What order size is available?
Order quantities ranging from a single ton to a full multi-ton load. Put your project size into the calculator, or tell us what you need and we will load it.
Can material be dumped in the backyard?
For safe unloading, dump trucks need a level, unobstructed area. A truck-accessible backyard can be used. If not, the normal location is the driveway or an area beside the street.
What happens if the amount is too high or too low?
The calculator can help estimate the amount to order. For additional material, place another order. Review the refund policy for cancellations.
Are weekend deliveries available?
At this time, delivery is offered weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Choose the date you want during checkout.
How is delivery confirmed?
Your order and delivery details are emailed immediately. Our team will contact you to verify the delivery date and share the supplier's contact information.
What if a truck cannot get onto my property?
A dump truck needs an unobstructed access route at least 12-foot wide, without low branches or overhead wires. When the site is inaccessible, the driver will unload at the nearest safe spot. Reach out before ordering if access is a concern.
